I'd seen them only one place and thought maybe they were special made for the forum. I'm so happy to know they're free to everyone I thought you guys might like some of them too.

Some people make smilies but only allow you to use them if you provide a link back to them. Others, like mazeguy, provide them without any special instructions and some are public domain. These sites, afaik, don't have any restrictions. edit: broken links removed
