Under the section for Mass Moving/Pruning topics, is there a way to make it so moderators need verification to mass move/prune topics? |

Verification? Such as a password? No. When mass moving or pruning, there are five steps to complete before anything is moved or removed via the moderation panel. If you feel you do not trust someone with the ability, don't allow them to use it. |
