123-Reg Domain Problems

Member Posts: 3 Group: Members Member #186,486 Joined: October 30, 2009 I'm Browsing With Firefox 3 My Board URL http://s1.zetaboards.com/Right_Bumper/index/	My board URL is: http://s1.zetaboards.com/Right_Bumper/index/ My purchased domain from 123-Reg is Rightbumper.info I want a setup where my board will use Rightbumper.info as the main domain and so all the pages of the forum will use subdomains for everything. I don't want the http://s1.zetaboards.com/Right_Bumper/index/ domain to be used at all. So far, this is what my DNS settings look like after following the documentation exactly: http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r51/jazzcash/123-Reg.png And I've set Rightbumper.info as my primary domain in the domain manager. Currently, I can't load Rightbumper.info and it eventually returns a message saying it can't be loaded or doesn't exist. I'm a bit confused as to what my web forwarding settings should be set to as turning it off just takes rightbumper.info to one of 123-Reg's holding pages. Any help would be great

Update the CNAME record for "", and change the Name* to a "@", and change the Type to "A". 3. Wait up to 24 hours, and let us know how it goes. Jonathan

Member Posts: 3 Group: Members Member #186,486 Joined: October 30, 2009 I'm Browsing With Firefox 3 My Board URL http://s1.zetaboards.com/Right_Bumper/index/	I can't change the name of the records so I had to delete the '*' record and add a new one which I gave the name '@' with type 'A' and content 's1.zetaboards.com.' which was what you said to do. Then when I went to update, it was apparently an invalid entry. Looking at it a bit and at your docs, I made the content '209.85.62.21 ' instead for server 1. Am now waiting 24 hours
