How long does it take to get some sort of reply to a support ticket? I've never had to use one before and I'm a little nervous...The problem I addressed in it is…at risk of getting waaaay worse right now and we still haven’t gotten a response. It’s making me and the staff on my board really nervous. I’m not sure if I screwed up or it’s just taking awhile… I tried finding an answer in the FAQ/Documentation and with the Feature button but nothing popped up so I'm posting here. If this is the wrong place I'm sorry- I've never had to do this before. >.<

We aim to answer all new tickets within 24 hours, but there are quite a lot to deal with at the moment.

However, it appears your ticket was answered by me, on the 28th. Can you not view the reply? What browser are you using? Some older browsers have trouble displaying the iframe.

I checked using a friend's computer and we were able to find it- THANK YOU :D This is a very big releif and thanks for the tip about the browsers.
