I've had, managed, maintained, and co-owned a board before my recent one. I've never had this issue with pips/ranks before, and I just searched the boards for hours looking for any possible help while I waited for my confirmation e-mail. So, I have my ranks set up, my pips uploaded and lookin' fine, only to discover that they are not seen on the board. I've asked several members, they don't see 'em either. I can upload User Group Icons just fine, and they show up fine, too! Same with the user group titles - they show up fine! But pips AND the rank title refuse to show, and it's really bothering me. I checked, no, it's not a problem with my skin codes or anything. I could've -sworn- I saw the defaults just a day or two ago! Could I get some assistance, please? Thank you! Well ffff. Now -I'M- the only one with a pip showing on my board, but no rank! Is this something that's on invisionfrees end? It's getting a tad frustrating and I'd like to know what's going on. :C (I'm on the z6 server, I think.) Thank you in advance! Edited by Ashley_55, Oct 28 2009, 03:12 PM.

And the board is set to members-only, so any staffer wanting in needs to register. (Dunno if those on the support team at IF can log it to any board at will, though!) I have the user-groups set up there because I was tired of seeing a blank space below people avatars, but you can readily see I, (A'mihisss), my co-owner, (Centrifuge) and only one or two users actually have user titles. But even if I took off the user groups, the ranks WILL NOT show up! Nor will the rank-titles for all members aside from those listed!  (My rank will show up, but the rank-title won't show up.)

I'm a genius. Everyone on my board has below 25 posts. I set the first pip at 25 posts. Stupid me! They all show up just fine now. x_x Mods, could you lock this? It's solved. |
