I know my CNAME is set up because when I go to http://forum.phoenixelite.net it displays "This domain is not setup for a ZetaBoards board" but when I go to my control panel and try to add "forum.phoenixelite.net" as a domain, I get "The domain you have entered (forum.phoenixelite.net) does not appear to point to this server. The domain should point to s1.zetaboards.com with a CNAME record." I'm on a cPanel without WHS access which means I had to ask my domain host (Byethost) to set up the CNAME for me but I know they set it up correctly because it was working earlier until I deleted the domain entry (intending to re-add it in an attempt to try something) and now it won't go back on. The reason I removed it in the first place is because I was trying to figure out why www.forum.phoenixelite.net gave an error when it specifically says on the ZB ACP that you don't need to add a second entry for www. Any help with that issue would be appreciated too but it's useless until I get this sorted. I would describe myself as an advanced user but I'm reaching my wits' end with this one. Big shoutout to Byethost support here, they helped immensely. I didn't expect their support to understand when I started talking about Zetaboards and how the domains don't work with www in the url but they knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it. Hell, 12 hours later I even have a working 302 from www.forum.phoenixelite.net to forum.phoenixelite.net. Mission completely accomplished. Thanks for your help, Jonathan.
