Converting to Zeta Boards ...

 How long does it take for them to convert your invision board to Zeta once you've submitted the request ?

 Varies. Sometimes it takes a month, other times it can take up to several. It all depends on when the last one occurred, and when you apply. Since the 7th Round ended recently, it'll probably be a while before the next one. But there's never any real way to tell when a conversion round will happen.

Are you the No.1 Root Admin for your forum? This option is currently only available to the root admin

 To sign up an IF board for conversion to ZB, go to Admin CP -> Invisionfree Network -> Convert to ZetaBoards, and select the appropriate option and save it. Conversions are done in batches, and the boards that opted in for the next round of conversions will be converted once the scheduled round is announced and run.

Since conversions are done in batches and conversions run at to-be-scheduled dates, when the conversion will be is independent of when you opt in, as long as you opt in soon enough to be included in the next patch. The conversion process usually takes an hour or two, although the whole block of time reserved for the general running of conversions can be several hours or dozens of hours.
