When you install something new do you actually sit there and read the whole 20million paragraphs?
I don't. I just click agree. I've probably signed my soul away to someone by now.

Nope. I want to install thing quickly, not spend ages to read something I won't understand.

I never read it. There's just too much to bother with. I download programs to use them, not read an agreement about them. :/

I doubt there's always new information in every agreement so it's probably just a CYA thing. I hope if you're installing software you know what it does and any possible side effects.

And that is why malware is difficult to stop. "I'm going to sue you, I lost a terabyte of data!" "You agreed to the ToU!"
