 I just submitted my entry for the Halloween Scary Story Contest. :)
I hope some of you (especially you Helena) plan on submitting an entry as well.

Any of you dressing up and partying, or trick-or-treating this year? It would be fun to hear some of your costume ideas!

Let's talk about Halloween. B-)

 If my witch hat comes in before the 31st, I'll be a witch. If not, well... I still have my hat for when I visit Harry Potter world in Florida, which was the ulterior reason for ordering it. :P

Oh and I changed my avi to third favorite Disney villain to celebrate too.

 Halloween isn't such a big thing over this side of the pond, but my friends and I might just take it as an excuse to dress up in fancy dress. So far the suggestion has been superheroes...but I think it's too cold and too risque to dress up like one of those :P
My colleague suggested just wearing what's in the shops as something scary...she may be right. Would be fun to go as a hallucinogenic geriatric carpet, or promiscuous vomit.

 I'll decorate my house again for Halloween for the trick or treaters, since my house is the only one in town that does it anymore. And the kids love it when they come, so it's fun. :)

 Nothing really. All the kids in the area have grown up, so there isn't much of a Halloween thing, and there hasn't been for a few years now.

As I say that though, I believe I'll be at a college football (American) game on Halloween, so there probably will be some festivities there actually.

I have a friend who takes her basset hound trick or treating every year. This year they will be going as a priest and a nun. (The dog is the nun.) :D

 Actually I may be going bowling on the 31st now. My school's bowling club scored a deal with one of the bowling alleys here and since I actually know people (omg, I actually socialize :O ) I think it'll be fun. And it's free pizza... ^o)
