A stubborn News Box; i cant get rid of it.

 Hello, i have a news box at the top of my forum, i like it there and want it to stay, but only on the board index. I dont want to have to see it when i go into the categories/forums. On other invisionfree sites i see this happening but not on mine. Im not sure why.
