It could be your ISP connecting to our service or a third party code or modification slowing down your forum. If you could ping the server and paste the results here, we may be able to see if the problem is on your end. To do this in windows, Start -> Run, type cmd in the box and hit return, then type ping -n 20 s1.zetaboards.com in the command line and hit return. If you then paste the last 4 lines in here, it should look like this: Quote: Ping statistics for 209.85.62.21: Packets: Sent = 20, Received = 20, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 131ms, Maximum = 1705ms, Average = 216ms

Aquate is down currently and was often used for script / image hosting.
