Welcome to our Code Snippets forum!

This section exists so that you may share your InvisionFree compatible codes and modifications with other users. Please observe the following tips, rules, and guidelines to ensure all users receive the most out of the Code Snippets forum.

  • This is a code-only forum. You may post completed InvisionFree skins in this forum.
  • You may submit any code or modification that you are the author of. Any code made by another person cannot be reposted without expressed permission (and proof thereof).
  • Please do not submit codes you have taken from a Javascript or HTML database.
  • This is not a coding support forum. For assistance please use our designated Coding Support forum. The Global Support Team is unable to provide support for third party modifications.
  • This is not a code requests forum. The staff and users here do not complete requests for custom codes. Please use the InvisionFree Forum Directory to locate a Forum Service that does take these types of requests.
When posting your InvisionFree code or mod, please use the following template:
Code:

[b]Code Name[/b]:
[b]Description[/b]:
[b]Preview of it in Use[/b]:
[b]Where it goes:[/b]
[b]Copyright:[/b]

Topics that do not follow this template may be closed and/or trashed if they are hard to follow.

Please provide an accurate description of your code. Members of this forum always, always, always request a preview of the code in use, so you'll save yourself a lot of grief if you include this in your original post. "Where it goes" refers to where the user should place the modification you have created within their Board Wrappers. The copyright is optional. If you would like to copyright your work please include instructions for the user in the last field of the template.

Any topic that strays from these guidelines may be closed and/or trashed. Please do your best to provide clear instructions.

Users may Posted Image any code or modification that is unclear or does not work.

Code Previews

Adding a preview of your modification is important (and generous). This allows any user to identify what changes your modification will bring to their message board. We ask that any user providing such a preview register a new InvisionFree forum to do this. You can register at the following link:

http://invisionfree.com/register.php

You may not link to an active board, or a commercial board when offering this preview. Doing so is against our Board Rules. Any user caught linking to their own forum in this manner will be warned. Repeat offenders will have access to this forum restricted.

InvisionFree Code Index

Our Code Index is a compilation of the codes in our Code Snippets forum. Due to the volume of content in this forum, it is not possible for our staff to continually update the index. For this reason you may send a personal to one of these staff members, requesting that your code be placed in the index:Do not submit your request to more than 1 staff member.

When you send us a message with your code, please include the URL at which it can be found here on the forum. If you could add the category name where you think your code best falls into place that would be much appreciated.
