Even the first tick for IE is questionable.

My Invisionfree forums which people call "epicly modified" totally mess up in Internet Explorer, so number one for IE is questionable...

I think they wanted to give IE at least 1 of them.

Definitely questionable, at best.
If they wanted to be polite or something, they could have added another characteristic to check off for both, like "Free" or "Resizable" or "Considerably more bloated than previous versions". :ermm:

I think they had to give it to them on a technicality as there are sites that use ActiveX and other IE only things out there still, but most likely confined to interanets from corporations and the pages/software in them.

I considered only giving them half a check mark... but... :r
IE does allow you to browse the web. It doesn't say anything about the quality of your browsing.

The first tick should be changed to "Great tool for downloading Firefox." :P

hehe, but then it would only get half a check because you can still use other browsers, or FF itself if it's an upgrade :P
