Take A Moment:

Take a moment
Feel alive
As you sit with him here Biding you time

Take a moment
Do as you will
We both know soon you will be still

Take a moment
For it will all be over
Treat this time as a precious clover

Take a moment
Stay with him here
For soon you future will all be clear

Take a moment
Love him as you do
For he will be gone as will you

Sit with him here
Loving him forever
Sit with him here
And hold on while you can...

Madison:

Madison...

So lovely.

A child so innocent.

To be brought into this world.

As you sing your song, I'm here.

To listen to you voice, and sing along.

Madison...

So lovely.

To grace this world with your appearance.

Don't believe them when they say you aren't worth it.

You are.

You are everything to me.

Madison...

So lovely.

As you walk your way through life, don't make the same mistakes twice.

Madison...

So lovely.

As you cry, the heavens weep.

And that is how the rain forms.

Madison...

So lovely.

As you rejoice, the heavens sing.

And this is how the sunlight forms.

Madison...

So lovely.

You are your own self.

Never follow.

Always lead.

You can be yourself.

Surround yourself with those who love you.

And always let God's love fall on you.

Madison...

So lovely.

Baby Girl.

And while you are growing up, we all find it hard to believe.

Madison...

So lovely.

Rock to your own beat.

Be loud.

Be heard.

Hear but listen.

Gather wisdom.

Not just intelligence.

Madison...

So lovely.

You are as beautiful as the sun.

The moon.

The stars.

And the sea.

Madison...

So lovely.

You deserve a king.

As you are a queen.

Madison...

So lovely.

Madison...

So lovely.

Madison...

Her Story... Her Song... Her pain...

Did you really think I wouldn't come?
Did you figure I would just push you away?
Did you think that once you told me what was wrong,
That I would just go on like it was a normal day?

I really thought you trusted me more.
And when you revealed you secret, I figured all was well.
I didn't know, you thought I would leave.
I didn't know you thought that I wouldn't wish you well.

I really thought, you'd have more faith.
I really thought you would have known that we would all be by your side.
I really didn't know,
That you thought it was just a clever guise.

I really wish you would leave now.
As I can mean nothing to you.
I really believed you when you said,
There was nothing I could do.

Well you were wrong.
There is a lot I could do.
But as you will let me doing nothing,
There is not much I could do for you.

I was torn inside,
When you told me to go.
I really thought you knew you could trust me.
I really thought...I really know.

I really know there's nothing that I can do.
The pain you bear, is too much.
But it hurt to hear you say,
You figured I would have said nothing, and such.

I really think you should go.
It's not worth the pain.
But I want you to know,
I'll be here during the rain.

I'll be here for you.
As you were not for me.
I'll be right here.
And I hope you'll open up enough to be able to see.

But until then,
There's nothing I can do.
Except wait, and wait.
And see if you realize, I can follow through.

I'll be waiting...
For you to realize...
I'll be waiting...
For you to get over your life's tide...
