Action performed x seconds ago; vs "One minute ago"

Maybe I've just been spoiled by Facebook and IPB, but I think it'd be more convenient if actions were shown as happening, say, "21 seconds ago" instead of the less descriptive "One minute ago." There's a huge difference between 1 second and 59 seconds, yet they're both rounded up to a full minute.

It's not that big a deal at all, but it would make it easier to tell if a given member is 'paying attention' using the Active Users List.

This will probably become an optional feature. It is actually longer than you think: something posting 0 to 89 ago would say 1 minute ago since the minutes value is rounded to the nearest minute (with the exception of anything under 30 seconds being rounded to 1 instead of 0)
