"3.4 Rights to Posted Content: Any content uploaded or posted to InvisionFree may be displayed on a board by InvisionFree. You grant InvisionFree the right to display and store the Content you provide." Does that mean that if a user on an invisionfree board posts an image or location about themselves Invisionfree can take it and do what they want with it? :s seems a bit messed up

I would not worry too much about the legalities unless you do something bad and attempt to sue IF, which is where this clause would come into effect most likely. Like if you uploaded a pirated video then they could use that against you potentially. Brandon doesn't really do anything bad with it.
