 Can anyone confirm what the time limit between sending bulk emails to members is for ZB?

I've looked but couldn't find it anywhere (although I'm sure it's probably staring me in the face) :$

I'm confused.
Emailing your members more than once every five days is spam, unless you pay extra and then it's no longer spam - it's a privilege?
