 It says we can advertise in our Sigs with exceptions.

I don't really understand them, Do we get to advertise our Zetaboards/Invisionfree Boards in our sigs?

 Yes, you may advertise your IF/ZB forum in your signature so long as the method you advertise it in adheres to the "Signature & Avatar Guidelines" part of the rules. :)
