Dance Dance Revolution/ Dancing Stage/ StepMania

Basically, I've recently been playing this (a lot) and find it really fun. Anyone else do it?

Also: video shot by my friend (he's the one who speaks in the video and sounds really annoying :shifty: )

Stepmania is a very well-designed program. It emulates DDR so you can play it on your keyboard or a pad if you have one properly connected. It also allows you to edit your own steps and all.

I have version 3.9 because version 4.0 lacks a few things I'm used to.

I agree, cvn, although I use 4 for an unknown reason XD .

Yeah, don't use those to make your decision on whether you like the game or not XD . They suck really bad. I've been trying it in my local bowling alley's arcade with my friends after school, until recently when one of my friends bought his own metal pad. Soft pads are really bad.

Bump for topic awesomeness. Well, over the summer holidays I've been playing quite a bit more DDR with my friends in the Trocadero in london (anyone who lives near/ in london knows what this place is XD ) and my friend decided to video my today <.< (and not very well either).

I've played this a few times with my PC, since it's the best I can get my hands on right now. Flash Flash Revolution. Pretty fun game to play when wanting to do something whilst relaxing kinda. :)

FFR is pretty fun, but the speed doesn't really differ and they don't have official arcade songs to use unfortunately :\ .

Honestly, fun game, but I am horrible at it. I've played it a couple of times at a buddies house. I don't get how some people are so good.

The new machine DDR X is better than the others by far. Widescreen HD monitor + better sound and it's a lot more responsive/ sensitive than the others. My friend bought his own metal pad so after playing on it for 2 whole days I went from crap to not crap XD .

I love DDR! I'm really excited that they're making one for the ps3 (finally)! I love going to the arcade to play it...since the mat can't move...but I hate that people want to watch me...cause I'm not that great!
