At random points my music spazzes for a second and goes back to normal. I know it's definitely not my speakers, and I've tried listening to music in iTunes and WMP, so is there any way I can stop this, please?

Define spazing out. Your PC may be low on memory resources or the CPU could be at 100% capacity. Causing music to stop playing here and there. If that's what you mean... |
