Darn it google! I wanted to create my own nation-state that way! Nice way to avoide taxes and county laws setting your servers on international waters and all. |

That's a decent idea. Will open up a few jobs for people, re-furbishing barges; fitting and repairing cables; security; etc. Just think, one day we'll be living on the sea.
