Hello everyone, We are aware that some users who have forums on server 11 are currently experiencing problems with the personal message system. We are investigating this issue and are working to resolve it as fast as we can. We apologize for the inconvenience. Ryan |

This issue should now be resolved. If you experience any further problems with the PM system, please feel free to open a support ticket from your forum's admin control panel. Ryan |

It appears that this problem was only resolved in isolated areas. Some user accounts (such as admin level staff members) may still be unable to access the PM system on server 11. We are continuing our investigation on this issue. |
