Because this affected different boards in different ways it may take more time for some boards to be full restored to normal than others but it looks like this should be fully resolved. Again, any concerns should be submitted via a ticket or this topic. Your patience and co-operation has been greatly appreciated. Those of you who are currently on Server 7 may have discovered topics and/or posts have suddenly gone missing following some downtime. The details of what happened are not yet available but this has been reported to Brandon and he will look into it. As much as I'd like to offer consolation I simply cannot say what is going to happen or predict the outcome, except to say that we will do everything within our power to resolve this. Until more details are available, we'd appreciate if people didn't fuel frustration with speculation. For those wishing to inquire please either submit a support ticket or refer to this topic. Please refrain from making separate topics as this only increases the number of topics we have to run between during this time. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes and we appreciate your patience. We will update you on this when information is available.

Posts: 15,705 Group: Admin Member #5,710 Joined: September 23, 2003 I'm Browsing With Safari 3	Just wanted to update those of you with boards on s7 that experienced problems earlier this week. Most, if not all of the boards should be back to normal by now. If you feel like your board is still experiencing problems, please submit a ticket with the title "S7 Support Ticket" with links to specific topics and a description of the problems you're experiencing.
