 I don't think he's gonna be tried in The Hague 'cause first of all, people can only be on trial there for crimes commited after the court's founding ( I thought that was about semptember of this year), and secondly, the US and Iraq did not recognize the International Court...

Osama is still around. Maybe Hussein was just a bait so Osama could come out and Attack the U.S.A

It really doesn't matter if Osama is alive or not. Al Quada can function just fine without him. In fact, if Osama was dead they would just tell people that he was a martyr and probably attack the US with even more passion.
