Admin CP ›› System Settings ›› General Configuration Note, enabling COPPA on your board will require children under the age of 13 to get parental consent via a faxed or mailed form. Having it disabled means you may not allow users under the age to use your forum, and should you discover an underage user you are obligated to delete the account (suspending until the person's birthday is not acceptable). Use COPPA registration system? - Enabling this system requires all users to indicate if they are older or younger than 13 years of age before they can view the registration form. If they are over 13 years of age, they can register as normal. If not, they are presented with your fax and mailing address. Fax number to receive COPPA forms - Your fax number to receive the COPPA form Mail address to receive COPPA forms - Your postal address for the COPPA form |
