We're happy to announce that we recently finished upgrading the board converter to allow for InvisionFree board owners to request an immediate conversion for their community.

The process is simple. Just log in to your ACP and request the Immediate Upgrade option. In most cases your board will begin conversion right then. Most boards will convert in just a few minutes. If your board is larger, you may have downtime of a few hours while the board converts.

Once the process is completed your board will be using the ZetaBoards software. You'll immediately be able to use all of the new features that come with a ZB forum. If you have any questions, feel free to open a support ticket before you convert.

A very merry Christmas to everyone on InvisionFree and ZetaBoards!

The Zathyus Team

So far during the ZB and IF Anniversary celebration we've announced several big releases. From a new round of conversions, to the full release of an upgraded shoutbox, to the arrival of a powerful search engine.

However, we think we saved the best for last. Starting today we're releasing a new site/service. It's called DealsFor.me and it's a community driven deal sharing site. That means every day you'll be able to find and share new deals on things ranging from computers to clothes. The site lets you personalize your interests so that you can quickly find deals on things that interest you. On the forum you can share deals that you've found with other users and eventually earn a reputation as a top deal hunter.

For the time being the site will be in an open beta as we get feedback from users like you and add even more options to personalize the deals you see.

Okay, so now some of you may be wondering why we would mention this here.

Of course we could say it's just because we want to help everyone here save money and find good deals online. We've been offering InvisionFree and ZetaBoards for free for over 7 years so that is certainly true.

The real reason however, is even better. The DealsFor.me site is a test run of a new ZB API. We designed DealsFor.me so that it sits on top of a ZetaBoard and can interact with the ZB database. Eventually we'll expand this functionality even further and allow board owners to further customize their forums and link them with their own external sites.

In the mean time, we'd love it if you checked out the site. There are lots of great deals posted every day. Poke around, join the community, send us your feedback, and hopefully save some money in time for the holidays.

Search for ZetaBoards is now available on all servers.

Features include:
- Searching topics (title,description,tags) or searching posts.
- Searching a single forum section, the whole board, or a custom subset of forums sections.
- Sort results by relevance or by post/topic posting date.
