I've seen a code for exactly this somewhere, and would have considered it apart from the fact that I'd prefer a system that rated threads rather than posts.

But it does exist, and I'll have a look for it for you

Edit: Found it but it's not on this forum so I can't link you to it. But if you search the directory for coding/modification forums, especially one that specialises in ZetaBoard Codes, you should be able to find what you require.
