I recall in the early beta days of ZB that the injected JS broke parts of ZB. Anyways, here are the problems with Norton that I see: It doesn't uninstall completely Older versions injected JavaScript into web pages It has a high false-positive rate, and fails to detect the real viruses half of the time. It's a resource hog, and doesn't know how to concede resources to other programs like other modern AVs IT USES SIGNATURES If you're ever in the market for a new AV, I would recommend Kaspersky Internet Securityš. However, if you're pressed for cash, go with Avast. Of course, you could always jump ship to Linux. Anyways, good luck with your new AV, I wish you much better luck than you had with Norton. šKaspersky Internet Security scans for all types of Malware, and is a firewall.
