My focus stays primarily on ZetaBoards, although I know an equal amount about InvisionFree in the event we experience a sudden influx of tickets. Unlike Jonathan or Nicola, I wouldn't say I have a specific area of expertise. Recently I have taken up the Forum Violations front, and I usually process user-submitted abuse reports before doing any type of support.
