Not really. Some of us know a particular software better than the other, but it's not a definite requirement to have an in-depth knowledge of both. If one of us knew IF better for example, then we'd just pick up ZB stuff over time. But with skin/theme stuff it can get a tad confusing switching between the two of them with the vastly different CSS and the fact IF has an outdated doctype, so I personally spend my time doing ZB theme related support, including general stuff if lots of other staff are busy. We just share the workload, I suppose. One may do more of one particular software one week and do more of the other the next. Or both equally. Nicola wonders if the above wasn't really that helpful xD |
