Many people mention they use Firefox for the add-ons, which leads me to think the browser its self is no good without the customisability aspect. :ermm:

I my self just simply default to Firefox, as it's a browser I'm used to using; and have used practically from the beginning. I have ten browsers across four machines, mostly for cross-browser testing. I'm not too keen on the new look for Safari, and Chrome is somewhat similar, so I may be more inclined to use Opera on my main machine if I put Firefox away for a while.

I like the aim Chrome has, and it is still in beta, so it can only get better. I'm not an avid add-on user, so making a full-time switch won't be too difficult for me. I do use Chrome to browse here occasionally.
Really Firefox is more of "vanilla" it has no thrills or chills about it, it allows the user to decide what they want for features as add-ons.

I tend to run it as much as I can bare bones, I just have No Script and Grease monkey of what I use. I like firefox because unlike Opera or most other browsers it doesn't come crammed down your thought with stuff. I have used it since 04 and only will I think I will put a effort in to changing would be if Firefox became closed sourced and you started to need to pay for it, or if Mozilla ended firefox and then I would probability move to an offshoot after using it for a few years after its death. (My windows IRC client of choice the version I use has been discontuned for a few years now and I still use it)
