Most internet servers give you some free web page space. I use RoadRunner cable, and they provide subscribers a free website with 50 GB storage space. It's pretty pedestrian, but it can serve a purpose.

However, if you are wanting to host sites for others you might consider setting up an unused computer and converting it to a server, in effect, becoming your own web host. There are docs on the web that you can google that will tell you how to do that.
50 GB or 50 MB? Because Sympatico only gives 50mb, but I am certain that they do give that at least.

Anyways, Dreamweaver really has nothing to do with a functionable website, that will just give you a direct website to post information on, or show stuff, etc. It's direct HTML which gives no options for users, for that you need excessive knowledge of other web programming languages, like PHP or ASP.

But at any cost, it will cost you money to get a server.
