Some users have reported that changing the images doesn't work. If this is the case, see this topic for a little bugfix. If that doesn't work, try re-setting your CSS (Style Sheet). Also make sure that you are placing a check in the checkbox for the image you wish to change/replace. If you still don't see a change, go back to Admin CP -> Skinning and Styles -> Images, enter your replacements (if needed), check the box next to Logo, choose "Use Replacement" (at bottom), then click "Submit".
