Staff Applications
For many years now, InvisionFree and ZetaBoards have been staffed by a team of hand-picked volunteers, excelling at customer service.
If you're interested in joining our team, this page will give you all the information you'll need to apply successfully. You are encouraged to read and follow this guide fully, as this is one of the ways in which applicants are judged.
At this time, positions are available in our Community and Support teams.

What you need to do...
To join our team, you can post a new topic in our Personal Support Tickets section, answering the following questions. Feel free to copy the template below and fill your answers in after each question:

What happens next?
As part of our recruitment process, we don't process applications as they come in. Instead, we process applications in batches, several times a year. This has the added advantage of allowing our team to gauge how active you are from the time you submit your application, and the time we process your application to see if you're really interested in joining us.
Once you've submitted your application, keep checking it to see if we've replied. Once we begin processing your application, you'll have 14 days to respond before we reject your application.
